I know! I know its only early November but it is time to get those Christmas Puddings steaming away.
Niamh, as always, is on top of her Christmas to do list! I’m sure you have seen her Christmas blogs over the last few years chock-a-block full of helpful hints and tricks to get you through the Christmas season as well as a handy dandy calendar to help you make sure you can fit it all in!
Niamh and her cookery classes this week have been busy preparing their puddings. These puddings are steamed this week then left to rest, this allows the flavours to mature and blend. It will also make it easier to slice when the time comes.
Another benefit of making it this early is that it means you have got it out of the way as you will be busy on the run up to Christmas.
Have a look below at the recipe and our helpful pictures of the pudding being made in class!
