Lakers Activity Focus – Free & Easy Cookery Class

Learning to cook isn’t just about following a recipe, it is also about being able to use your own knowledge to come up with ideas. This is why we do some classes called “Free and Easy”.

In this class we just provide a large range of ingredients that you might have in your own fridge or cupboards. And class members are asked to come up with their own ideas of what we can make using these ingredients.

Here are some amazing examples from last week’s Free and Easy Cookery Class. The creativity was flowing, the members gave us really good, long lists of ideas, and each class voted among themselves on what they then made for lunch or dinner, and a little sweet treat for afterwards.
