Welcome to Lakers Art Heroes!

Draw us a picture of your greatest hero, and you can win a €30 Arts & Crafts Voucher.

By entering our drawing competition you will become a Lakers Hero.  Your €3 entry will support Lakers art, music, and drama classes for people with special needs. Once you pay entry you will also receive a special hero badge you can print, colour and cut out at home. FINAL ENTRY DATE HAS BEEN MOVED TO 11th JUNE

Its so fun and easy to take part.  Just follow the steps below

1. Donate just €3 to enter & give your details
2. Draw us a picture of your Hero!
3. Take a picture of your drawing & send it to fundraising@lakers.ie or text/whatsapp it to 0867860111, along with your name, parents/guardians name and your age

 Each age group will have a 1st, 2nd and 3rd Prize.

• 1st Prize: €30 Voucher for Arts & Crafts
• 2nd Prize: €15 Voucher for Arts & Craft
• 3rd Prize:  To be announced

Age Categories are as follows

• 5 > 7 years
• 8 > 10 years
• 10 > 12 years
• 13 ->16 years

Terms & Conditions

All entries must be under 16.  All entries must have guardian/parental permission to send their pictures and enter the competition. Finalists Art may be shared on Social Media.  Our Panel of Judges will include a local Artist, Lakers Staff members x 2 and an independant adjudicator from the community.  Public voting on social media will not occur, this is to ensure our young artists are judged by their artistic skill rather than popularity. Winners will be announced on the 28th of May and contacted individually. The Winners Art work will be displayed on our website, social media pages and in our centre – where appropriate, as well as the social media pages of our sponsors.
